Three Twenty-One Capital Partners (3-21) is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan Oleski as Vice President and head of the firm’s Denver office. Ryan will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities and expanding the firm’s special situations platform.
Ryan brings years of Special Situations experience to 3-21 as a former VP of Acquisitions at Summit Investment Management, a principal purchaser of distressed commercial debt. While at Summit, Ryan led marketing initiatives, sourced debt acquisitions, and provided customized capital solutions for distressed middle market companies.

Ryan Oleski graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and is an active member in the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
