Headquartered in the Southeastern U.S., the Company offers a number of different cleaning products including drain cleaners, household cleaners, toilet bowl cleaners, bathroom cleaners and laundry detergents. Within those five categories, the Company owns four leading national brands and numerous contracts for private label brands. Since 2003, the Company has exclusively used outsourced vendors to supply and package its products.

From 2016 to 2020, the Company grew revenue at a 7.1% CAGR from $14.7M to $19.4M. In the same period, the Company was also able to increase Adjusted EBITDA at a CAGR of 25.7% from $0.8M to $1.8M. Despite recent growth, supply chain issues have hindered performance, leading to declines in revenue and adjusted EBITDA, which came in at $16.6M and $1.5M respectively in the LTM period.
