Ervin M. Terwilliger
Founder/Senior Managing Director
Ervin is the Founder and Senior Managing Director of Three Twenty-One Capital Partners. Ervin manages the entirety of the firm’s activities including sell-side, buy-side and advisory engagements, interacting directly with clients, investors and Three Twenty-One Capital Partners’ deal teams.
Ervin is a featured M&A expert, providing insight on various U.S. Industry Sectors and the M&A landscape. Ervin has completed over 120 transactions and consulting engagements in the last 10 years and is a relied upon valuation, process and sale expert.
Ervin sits on the board of directors for The Maryland Proton Therapy Center and has held multiple director and interim C-level positions.
Ervin graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).
Erik Endler, CFA
Senior Managing Director | Consumer
Erik leads Three Twenty-One Capital Partners’ Consumer engagements and manages the firms’ deal execution teams including, but not limited to due diligence, financial analysis, marketing materials creation and deal structuring. Erik joined the firm in 2012.
Prior to 2012, Erik was an Executive Director in Oppenheimer’s Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking group, a former Director at CIBC World Markets and Analyst with Deutsche Banc Alex Brown.
Erik’s transactional experience spans the consumer products, retail, technology, e-commerce, direct marketing, manufacturing, rental services, professional services, and restaurant sub-sectors. Erik has represented distressed businesses, growth companies, sponsor-backed and family owned businesses.
Past clients have included companies such as Bare Escentuals, Parker Marine, lululemon, SuperShuttle, Under Armour, The Brickman Group, Carbonite, Connolly Consulting, Constant Contact, Contigo, Design Within Reach, Jarden and Vitacost to name a few.
Erik graduated with highest honors from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance and Computer Applications. Erik is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
Senior Vice President | Special Situations Platform
Ryan Oleski is the Director of Three Twenty-One Capital Partners’ Special Situations Platform and head of the firm’s Denver office. Ryan is primarily responsible for sourcing and executing engagements for the firm’s Special Situations Platform. Ryan’s responsibilities encompass every aspect of a Special Situation engagement from financial analysis to deal structure and negotiations.
Prior to 3-21, Ryan was the VP of Acquisitions at Summit Investment Management, a principal purchaser of distressed commercial debt. His responsibilities included the sourcing principle debt acquisitions, providing customized capital solutions for distressed middle market companies and underwriting loan portfolios.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado and is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). Ryan is a Board Member and Co-Head of NextGen for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the TMA.
Vice President | Special Situations Platform
Venice Gamble leads Three Twenty-One Capital Partners’ Los Angeles office with over a decade of experience in special situations mergers and acquisitions, asset revitalization and disposition, bankruptcy, and business law. His experience includes the sourcing, management, and execution of transactions in a wide array of industries including entertainment, medical and healthcare, manufacturing, construction, retail, and industrial, as well as intellectual property sales.
Prior to joining Three Twenty-One Capital Partners Venice served as Vice President of Business Development & Managing Director for the Office of Legal Affairs for Industrial Assets Corp., an international special situations and asset disposition fund.
Venice holds strong ties in the community, where he is a regular volunteer and motivational speaker for at-risk youth within the L.A. County Juvenile Probation department and Juvenile Hall system. Venice also serves on the board of non-profit organizations that advocate for the well-being and advancement of children. Venice earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the State University of New York , Brockport, and a Juris Doctorate from the American College of Law. Venice is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
Y. Mariell Cordova
Mariell is a Senior Associate at Three Twenty-One Capital Partners supporting clients through a variety of tasks including research, strategic & financial analysis, buyers & acquisition targeting, and marketing materials creation. In addition, Mariell leads the team’s outbound buy-side efforts and oversees management presentations. Mariell’s transactional experience spans both the healthcare and consumer verticals. On the Healthcare side, Mariell has represented clients providing contract therapy across the care continuum, including long term care, skilled nursing facilities, pediatrics, and consulting verticals. On the consumer side, Mariell has represented clients in the food manufacturing and distribution sectors.
Prior to Three Twenty-One Capital Partners, Mariell was an Analyst at Lakeshore Food Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm serving middle market clients in the consumer space. Mariell’s tenure at Lakeshore consisted of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, financial restructurings, equity raises, and corporate advisory engagements. As an analyst, Mariell was responsible for research, strategic & financial analysis, as well as the origination and execution of investment banking assignments.
Mariell is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and International Business. Mariell is also fluent in Spanish and holds a minor in French.
C. Jacob Perry
Jacob is an Associate at Three Twenty-One Capital Partners. He supports Three Twenty-One’s deal teams through a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: research, modeling, and due diligence collection and dissemination. Jacob oversees the firm’s data collection and supports the efforts of senior staff for both sell-side and buy-side engagements. He also participates in Three Twenty-One’s outbound marketing and deal sourcing efforts. Previously, Jacob was an Analyst at the firm.
Prior to joining Three Twenty-One, Jacob was a Financial Analyst at NewDay USA, one of the largest VA mortgage lenders in the United States. Working directly with senior leadership, he conducted budget analyses and led projects to streamline operations.
Jacob holds an M.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing and Management from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and a B.A. in Political Science with a focus in American Politics and Minors in Economics and Public Policy from The Ohio State University. Jacob is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) in pursuit of the Certified Turnaround Analyst (CTA) designation, and an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and its Young and New Members Committee.
Gabrielle is an Associate at Three Twenty- One Capital Partners. She leverages her business valuation and accounting background to support the deal teams through financial modeling and analysis, conducting due diligence, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with deal sourcing efforts.
Prior to joining Three Twenty-One Capital Partners, Gabrielle was an analyst in the Forensic and Valuation Services department at Ellin & Tucker, a Mid-Atlantic public accounting firm. During her time there, she worked on various engagements involving business valuation for estate and corporate planning purposes, commercial damages disputes, forensic accounting, and other consulting services.
Gabrielle is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, where she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Finance and minoring in Chinese.
Connor is a Junior Analyst at Three Twenty-One Capital Partners. He supports Three Twenty-One’s deal teams through due diligence collection and dissemination, research, presentation preparation and financial compilations.
Prior to joining Three Twenty-One Capital Partners, Connor gained experience in various areas of finance, completing internships in both the hedge fund and wealth management space.
Connor is a graduate of Williams College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and played on the varsity baseball team.
Todd joined Three Twenty-One Capital Partners as an Operating Partner, and with his company Potomac Business Capital, serves as Co-Advisor on select M&A deals. He is a 20+ year entrepreneur, business owner, investment banker and business finance advisor. In addition to M&A advice and investment banking activities, Todd has been a founding investor, board member or part of the management team of several business ventures.
Todd has completed deals in a wide array of industries but truly excels in representing Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation businesses. Todd helps CEO’s and entrepreneurs develop a successful exit strategy, leveraging his understanding of the mid-market investment banking process, allowing for maximized value, optimized structure, and minimal tax impact for each engaged transaction. Todd attended Ithaca College.
Operating Partner | Healthcare
Jason joins Three Twenty-One Capital Partners as an Operating Partner on the firm’s Advisory Platform. Jason has 20+ year as an entrepreneur, experienced restructure and turnaround expert. Jason also has assumed positions as board member, Chairman and CEO of companies in transition and is a relied upon advisory expert for private equity backed, institutional and founder owned enterprises.
Most recently Jason led the $277M bond financing and restructuring of Maryland Proton Treatment Holdings and Treatment Center.
Jason is the founding member and Managing Partner of Antson Advisors, a Baltimore based advisory firm focused on increasing capabilities for companies facing sales, operational, financial or human capital growth challenges through interim C-level and/or advisory work. Jason graduated from Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science and letter winner on the varsity football team. He also graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law with a juris doctorate specializing in finance and taxation.
