Columbia, MD (July 6, 2021) – Three Twenty-One Capital Partners (“3-21”) is pleased to announce the addition of Brandon Miller as Director. Brandon will support the entirety of the firm’s engagements while leveraging his previous experiences in M&A, and as a business owner, to lead the firm’s Digital Transformation & Technology Platform.
Prior to joining Three Twenty-One, Brandon was Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Potomac Business Capital, 3-21’s operating partner, where he was responsible for sourcing and supporting sell- and buy-side digital marketing and technology transactions. Before Potomac Business Capital, Brandon was Co-Founder & CMO of StandUp Digital, an AppDev firm that specialized in celebrity gaming platforms. StandUp Digital focused on customer engagement App platforms for Startups, B2C companies, and Fortune 500 firms through the company’s partner firm, Pinxter Digital.

Brandon is a University of Maryland, College Park alumni and proud former member of the Terp’s football team. Brandon holds two bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Criminal Justice. Brandon has extensive knowledge and interest in digital platforms, digital marketing, e-commerce, blockchain technologies and other technological pursuits.
