Ryan Oleski Promoted to Director of Denver Office

APRIL 9, 2021 — Ryan Oleski has been promoted to Director of the Special Situations Platform and will be leading the firm’s recently expanded Denver office. Ryan joined Three Twenty-One in 2019 and is primarily responsible for sourcing and executing new engagements for the firm’s Special Situations Platform. Ryan has become an invaluable member of the Three Twenty-One team, having sourced and executed over $50 million worth of transaction value over his 2-year tenure with the firm. These accomplishments, coupled with his dedication and continued leadership, have advanced Ryan’s career and position in the firm, thereby earning him the title and associated responsibilities of Director.

Ryan has over 6 years of expansive special situations and distressed business experience. Prior to joining Three Twenty-One, Ryan was the Vice President of Acquisitions at Summit Investment Management, where his responsibilities included sourcing principal debt acquisitions, providing customized capital solutions for distressed middle market companies, and underwriting loan portfolios. Raised in Colorado and an avid snowboarder and outdoorsman, Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado. He is an active member and Head of NextGen for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
